Terms of Use and Beta Agreement

Effective July 20, 2026. These Terms govern your use of BST Cards AI. By creating an account or accepting these Terms, you enter a binding agreement with BST Cards AI. The service is currently an experimental beta and is available only to users age 18 or older.

1. Beta service

Features may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, changed or discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent data retention, or that a feature will be offered commercially.

2. Card information and artificial intelligence

Card identifications, checklists, prices, recommendations, descriptions, condition information, parallels, serial numbers and listing details may be generated or assisted by automated systems and may be wrong. You must inspect the physical card and verify all information before buying, selling, trading, publishing a listing or making a financial decision. BST Cards AI is not an authentication, grading, appraisal, escrow or financial-advisory service.

3. Sales and payments

Transactions are directly between buyers and sellers. BST Cards AI does not receive, hold, transmit or guarantee funds and is not a party to a transaction. Sellers are responsible for confirming payment, accurate descriptions, delivery, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, taxes and compliance with applicable laws and show rules.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of card photos and inventory information you submit. You grant us a limited worldwide license to host, process, resize and analyze that content to provide, secure and improve the service. You represent that you have permission to submit it. Corrections may be retained for quality review; only corrections from authorized trusted reviewers are used as shared recognition rules.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, access another user’s account, circumvent limits, upload unlawful or infringing content, distribute malware, manipulate recognition data, facilitate fraud, scrape the service, or use it to violate marketplace or payment-provider rules. We may suspend access to protect users or the service.

6. Third-party services

The service can connect to Google, Firebase, OpenAI, eBay, Venmo and other providers. Their separate terms apply. When using eBay functionality, you agree to comply with the eBay User Agreement and applicable eBay Developers Program terms. eBay is an intended third-party beneficiary of the portions of this agreement governing use of eBay services, and your authorization may be revoked at any time.

7. Disclaimers and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. BST Cards AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the beta. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

8. Account termination

You may export or delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Some records may be retained when reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute resolution.
