Privacy Policy

Effective July 20, 2026. This policy explains how BST Cards AI handles information during the beta.

Information we collect

• Account information such as name, email, authentication identifier and login activity.
• Inventory, purchase, asking-price, sales, receipt and collection-preference data.
• Card photographs, CSV files and corrections you submit.
• eBay authorization tokens and listing records; Venmo username and QR image when configured.
• Device, browser, IP, error, performance, usage and cost-control logs.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; identify, organize and display cards; create requested listings; record sales; provide exports and receipts; prevent abuse; troubleshoot; measure beta performance; control costs; and improve recognition accuracy. We do not use another user’s unreviewed correction as a global recognition rule.

Service providers

Information may be processed by Google Cloud, Firebase, OpenAI, eBay and other infrastructure providers needed to operate requested features. Venmo payments occur through Venmo rather than BST Cards AI. Providers process information under their own terms and our applicable agreements.

Card images and retention

We may retain optimized card-front images for inventory display and a reusable card-back reference. Temporary uploads and analysis files may be deleted or replaced. We aim to keep only the resolution and duration reasonably needed to provide the service. Account records remain while your account is active unless you delete them or a longer period is required for security or law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers, at your direction, in a receipt or listing you initiate, to protect users and the service, or when legally required. Inventory is private to the signed-in account unless the user intentionally shares or transfers information.

Your choices

You can export inventory and sales, download an account copy, disconnect eBay, delete stored card images individually, or request permanent account deletion from Settings. You may opt out of beta marketing without losing service access. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@bstcards.ai.

Security

We use authenticated access, per-user records, restricted service credentials and operational monitoring. No system is perfectly secure. If a security event materially affects users, we will respond and provide notices as required by law.

Children

The beta is for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

Material changes will use a new policy version and may require renewed acknowledgement. Security concerns: security@bstcards.ai.
